Online Grocery Delivery Questions

We deliver to most addresses within Klang Valley.

Yes, you can. During checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery date. 

We delivery from Monday to Saturday, and our standard delivery time is 2-7pm.

We are unable to cater to specific time slots. If you urgently need your groceries, we can arrange for third party service e.g. Grab Express at an additional fee. Please contact our Customer Service Team should you require this arrangement.

We deliver on Monday to Saturday, between 2-7pm.

We do not delivery on Sunday & on Public Holidays.

Our delivery team may make a second attempt on the same day to deliver your order. We will notify you beforehand to schedule a second attempt. However, we will not proceed if we do not hear from you. 


If both attempts are unsuccessful, your items will be brought back to our warehouse and will be available for pick-up for 24 hours from the time of delivery. 


You may schedule another delivery on the next day at a fee of RM5. However, please note that we are unable to guarantee the freshness of the items as most of our items are perishable goods.


If you do not pick up the items from us from our location nor schedule another delivery within 24 hours, your order will be deemed delivered and no refund will be issued. This is because perishable goods cannot be stored for a long time. 

Other Online Grocery Shopping Questions

Sometimes, one or more of your items may not be available when we pick your order, because the item has gone out of stock, for example. In this scenario, we will refund you for the items that are not available.

If an item is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours at and our team will process a refund.

If there is an item missing from your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team: within 2 hours of receipt of items.

Once you’ve checked out, you’ll receive an email, detailing all the products and quantities in your order.

Certain products have limits on the amount you can buy for the following reasons:

  • To ensure we have enough products available to as many of our customers as possible.
  • To protect the health and safety of our drivers and customers when delivering heavy products.

You may amend your order 24 hours before your date of delivery.

If you amend your order resulting in a price difference between your new and old order, we can only refund the difference in credits.

We can only refund in credits for all cancelled orders. 

You may reschedule your delivery 24 hours before the date of delivery (initially chose by you).


If you insist on rescheduling your delivery by giving us less than 24-hour notice, we will not be able to guarantee the freshness of the products received on the rescheduled date.


This is because all our fresh produces are ordered on a daily basis from farm (to ensure freshness and minimise food wastage).
