As the accumulated points are cash equivalents, we do not encourage sharing of your account and OP points to prevent cases of misappropriation of use.

Yes, the points will be deducted according to the refund value or the value of your cancelled order. To simplify this, you will only earn the respective points according to the final amount paid to Online Pasar for each order.

Online Pasar reserves the right to refuse any redemption of the redeemed item if Online Pasar has any reason to suspect the points were fraudulently accumulated by the member or wrongly recorded.

Online Pasar reserves the right to deduct the balance of a member’s points accumulation in the event that:-

    • any point is suspected of being fraudulently recorded;
    • any point is recorded in error; or
    • any point related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given

The points collection entitlement in the Online Pasar Points Collection Programme is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
