Seasoned Korean Spinach Salad (Sigeumchi Namul)
When you buy more than 1 unit, the packing measurement is by weight and not by number of bags. We will pack them together in a single bag to reduce plastic usage to be more environmentally friendly.
Method 1: Clean the dirt from the Baby Spinach before storing. (You may wash it first, but make sure it’s completely dry before keeping) Wrap the Baby Spinach with a paper towel or newspaper, then place it in a plastic bag, before keeping it in the refrigerator’s drawer. You can label the plastic bag so it’s easier to recognise which vegetable it is. The Baby Spinach can be kept for about 5 to 6 days.
Method 2: Clean the dirt from the Baby Spinach before storing. Then place a piece of kitchen towel at the bottom of an airtight container that is just the size of the vegetable. Place the Baby Spinach on top of the kitchen towel before placing another piece of kitchen towel on top of the vegetable. The box will help to keep moisture in and excess moisture out, while the kitchen towels will help to absorb excess moisture.
