Prep: Defrost in the chiller (temp <5ºC) for 24 hours or until soft. Cut open the pouch and empty the contents into a cooking pot.
Heat: Heat gently on medium heat, stirring occasionally for approximately 10 minutes until temperature is above 75ºC. Serve it warm.

Heat: Microwave on high setting for 90-120 seconds and stir well. Serve warm
