Salted Egg Yolk Prawns with Curry Leaves
- Medium – large grey prawns
- Salted egg yolk
- Curry leaves
- Corn starch
- Red onion
- Red chili padi
- Unsalted butter
- Sesame oil
When you buy more than 1 unit, the packing measurement is by weight and not by number of bags. We will pack them together in a single bag to reduce plastic usage to be more environmentally friendly.
First, remove the leaves from the main stem. Then, wash the leaves and dab them with a kitchen towel or a dry cloth. Next, lay them on a large plate and allow them to sun-dry for about 2 to three days. Once they have dried out and have gotten that crisp texture, store them in an airtight box.
