Nai Bak with Pork and Enoki

Ingredients : 

  1. Pork loin
  2. Enoki mushroom
  3. Hong Kong nai bak
  4. Ginger
  5. Cooking oil
  6. Shaoxing rice wine
  7. Sesame oil
  8. Light soy sauce
  9. Corn starch
  10. Oyster sauce
  11. Sugar

When you buy more than 1 unit, the packing measurement is by weight and not by number of bags. We will pack them together in a single bag to reduce plastic usage to be more environmentally friendly.

Storage Method:

Do not wash the Nai Bak before storing it, because if you do, the moisture will encourage rotting. Instead, use a cloth and clean out the dirt that comes with the vegetable. Then place it in a plastic zipper bag. Cut holes in the bag so there is air circulation and the vegetable does not wilt easily. Place the bag in the drawer of the refrigerator. The vegetable will be able to last for about 3 to 4 days.
