Salted Fish Kailan

Ingredients : 

  1. Kailan
  2. Water
  3. Salted mackerel fish
  4. Red onion
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Oyster sauce
  8. Fish sauce
  9. Lime juice
  10. Cooking oil
  11. Pepper powder

When you buy more than 1 unit, the packing measurement is by weight and not by number of bags. We will pack them together in a single bag to reduce plastic usage to be more environmentally friendly.

Storage Method:

Clean the dirt from the Kai Lan before storing. Then place a piece of kitchen towel at the bottom of an airtight container that is just the size of the vegetable. Place the Kai Lan on top of the kitchen towel before placing another piece of kitchen towel on top of the vegetable. The box will help to keep moisture in and excess moisture out, while the kitchen towels will help to absorb excess moisture.
