What is the difference between Chicken Stock and Chicken Broth?
Stock is based more on bones than meat. This gives the soup/gravy a consistency that is thicker and more gelatinous compared to broth. As it is mostly made from bones, it adds a lot of collagen to the dish. Compared to stock, broth has a thinner consistency, and it is usually made from meat.
