- Remove a packet of Malabar Roti from the freezer. Do not defrost as this may make dough too sticky.
- Peel one side of the plastic sheet from the Malabar Roti and place the uncovered side on preheated pan. Remove the second piece of plastic sheet and pan fry for 1 to 1.5 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
- Press the Malabar Roti gently and turn it over. Pan fry for 2 to 2.5 minutes, until golden brown.
- When both sides are ready, remove the Malabar Roti from the pan. Using both hands or two spatulas, clap the Malabar Roti to make it fluffy before serving.
