Chinese Parsley is a leafy green herb commonly used for garnishing or flavouring. It has flat, strong-scented, crinkled leaves with sharp unique flavour. Chinese parsley has a taste that is refreshing and tart. They are rich in vitamins A, C, and K.

Separate the root and the leaves. Place the items in two separate zip-lock bags and freeze. Before freezing the leaves, remove the air first, because extra moisture may cause it to rot quicker. The flavour will remain and will not go bad and can be used for quite a long while.
Can be stir-fried, baked, used for garnishing, etc.
