Chili Garlic Sauce
When you buy more than 1 unit, the packing measurement is by weight and not by number of bags. We will pack them together in a single bag to reduce plastic usage to be more environmentally friendly.
Clean the chillis and remove the stalks. Place them in an airtight box that has been lined with a kitchen towel. Add a clove (or two) of peeled garlic, because this helps to slow down the ageing process. After that, lay another piece of kitchen towel on the top and close the box. Do not overcrowd or squeeze the contents of the box too tightly. The chillies can be kept fresh for about 2 to 3 weeks this way.
