KAWAN’s Sambal Ikan Bilis Bun is filled with savoury ikan bilis fillings that pairs well with the soft and fluffy bun on the outside. These buns are easy to prepare and taste just as delicious and fresh as a feshly made ikan bilis bun!
Dough – Wheat flour, Water, Sugar, Palm oil, Baking powder (Sodium bicarbonate, Sodium aluminium phosphate, Calcium phosphate), Yeast, Salt
Filling – Water, Palm oil, Onion, Anchovies, Anchovy powder (Salt, Anchovy, Sugar, Palm fat, Corn starch, Spices, Garlic, MSG, Sodium insinuate, Guanylate), Dried chilli, Asam keping, Garlic, Salt, Sugar
Contains Wheat and Fish
May contain traces of Egg, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Celery, Crustaceans, Molluscs, Mustard, Coconut, Fish, Tree Nut and Peanut
1. Do not defrost. Remove buns from tray before heating.
2. Arrange each frozen bun on a plate.
3. Steam buns for 10 minutes over boiling water before serving.
