Sweet & Tangy Tomato Cake

When you buy more than 1 unit, the packing measurement is by weight and not by number of bags. We will pack them together in a single bag to reduce plastic usage to be more environmentally friendly.
Unripe green tomatoes: Avoid storing them in the refrigerator. Store them at room temperature until they have fully ripened will allow them to ripen properly and develop good flavour and aroma.
Keep the tomatoes out of direct sunlight because sunlight will cause them to ripen unevenly, If you must keep them for a longer period of time, place them in the refrigerator after they’re fully ripened.
Perfectly ripe tomatoes: Keep them at room temperature away from the sunlight. Consume them within 3 to 5 days. Place them in the refrigerator if you want to keep them for a much longer period.
Overripe tomatoes: Best to keep them in the fridge for the cold air will keep them from ripening more. They should be able to last for another three days. Before eating refrigerated tomatoes, take them out from the fridge, and allow them to come to room temperature. This will allow it to redevelop the taste it had lost in the cold air.
